By accessing or using The Global Federation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Users must engage respectfully and constructively. The following are prohibited: hate speech, harassment, deliberate misinformation, impersonation, spam, and any content that violates applicable law. Content is subject to our three-tier moderation system.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant The Global Federation a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform. Constitutional proposals and amendments become community property upon ratification.
Each verified user receives one vote per proposal. Vote manipulation, including creating multiple accounts to influence outcomes, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
Donations are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through profile settings.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content or the outcome of any democratic process conducted on the platform.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
